We kindly inform you that due to the nature of our design and the individualized finishing touches, we do not offer refunds for these specific qualities. We believe that these imperfections contribute to the overall charm and uniqueness of our pieces. Therefore, we ask you to consider this before making a purchase.

Please note that all sales of specially discounted items, items purchased with a coupon code or custom items are final and cannot be returned.

In the event that your product arrives damaged or opened, rest assured that Meekie will cover the shipping costs associated with returning the product if the mistake is on our part. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase, ensuring the security of the transaction.

Once we receive and evaluate your returned product, the refund will be processed. The timeline for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank, typically ranging from 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that Meekie cannot be held responsible for defects resulting from improper use, neglect, aesthetic changes, normal wear and tear, or ageing.
